Reimbursement for alternative medicine services

Please check with your health insurance provider in advance to see if partial or full reimbursement is available.

Public Health Insurance Providers:
Some public health insurance providers now offer a subsidy for osteopathic treatment. You can find a list of the reimbursement rates offered by public health insurance providers here: www.hpo-osteopathie.de/service~liste_krankenkassen.
Generally, you do not need a doctor’s prescription for an osteopathy session. Some health insurance providers require a doctor’s prescription for billing purposes. You can obtain information on this directly from your health insurance provider.

Private Health Insurance:
Depending on your insurance plan, the costs for naturopathic or osteopathic treatments may be reimbursed in full or in part.
My fees are calculated according to the fee schedule for naturopaths and are due after each session.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the billing terms after the fact. Thank you for your understanding.

Reimbursement for physical therapy services:

Billing is based on the rates set by each private health insurance provider.

As a private patient, you first pay the physical therapist’s bill and then submit it to your health insurance provider for reimbursement.

Reimbursement of Pilates Training Costs

Pilates can be performed both on a mat and using specialized equipment—as individual training or in small groups as part of a personal training (PT) session.

Private patients have the option of participating in Pilates on equipment upon a doctor’s prescription. In this case, the costs may be covered or reimbursed by private health insurance. This requires a corresponding medical indication and prescription.

Please inquire about the costs by phone or via the contact form under Contact.
